This Privacy Policy explains how Sellcrow (“Sellcrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit sellcrow.com, request beta access, create an account, contact us, or connect an eBay account. Sellcrow is operated from Texas, United States.

Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, account login information, beta-request details, support messages, feedback, workspace preferences, and automation settings.

Information received from eBay

When you connect eBay, eBay sends Sellcrow the authorization information and account data covered by the access you approve. Depending on the features you use, this may include your eBay account identifier, store information, listings and inventory, listing images and item details, views and watchers, offers, orders and sales, selling analytics, transaction or fee information, and listing activity.

We do not ask for or receive your eBay password. You can revoke Sellcrow’s access from the third-party application settings in your marketplace account.

Automatically collected information

When you use Sellcrow, we collect limited information, such as your IP address, to operate and secure the service. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking for advertising.

On our public website, we use an analytics service to understand how visitors find and use Sellcrow. This analytics service may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about pages visited, device and browser characteristics, referral sources, and approximate geographic location. We use this information to understand website traffic and improve our service, not for targeted advertising.

When you arrive through a campaign link or an external referral, Sellcrow also stores first-touch and most-recent attribution details in a signed first-party cookie for up to 30 days. These details may include the traffic source, medium, campaign, content label, landing page, and referring domain. If you request beta access during that period, we save the available attribution with your request so we can understand which channels lead to signups.

How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot Sellcrow;
• connect to eBay and display your inventory, analytics, offers, sales, recommendations, and activity;
• carry out listing actions and automation that you configure or approve;
• send account, security, beta, and service messages;
• respond to support requests and improve the beta; and
• comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, Sellcrow, eBay, and others.

We do not sell personal information or use eBay data for targeted advertising. We do not use eBay content or personal information to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate Sellcrow, including with:

• eBay: To provide the marketplace features you authorize.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: To host and operate Sellcrow.
• Email service providers: To deliver account notifications and other communications.
• Analytics providers: To measure public-site visits and beta-request conversions.
• Legal and professional parties: When necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights and users.

If Sellcrow is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Sellcrow, meet the purposes described here, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. The first-party attribution cookie expires after 30 days. Beta-access requests, including attribution saved with those requests, are deleted after one year under our routine retention process. We delete eBay personal information when it is no longer necessary for the authorized service, when the applicable user or eBay requests deletion, or when our participation in the eBay Developers Program ends, subject to limited legal obligations.

When you disconnect eBay in Sellcrow, we remove Sellcrow’s authorization and permanently delete the eBay listings, offers, orders and sales, analytics, recommendations, and related automation history that we stored for your account. Your Sellcrow account remains available. Removing Sellcrow through eBay’s third-party application settings stops future access; you should also use Sellcrow’s disconnect control or contact us so we can delete information already synchronized to Sellcrow.

You can permanently delete your Sellcrow account from Settings. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. A verified account deletion removes your account, connected marketplace authorization, synchronized marketplace data, and related signup, invitation, and contact records, except for limited information we must retain to comply with law, protect security, prevent fraud, or resolve an active dispute.

We also act on eBay Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure Notifications by deleting the related authorization and synchronized eBay data.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information within Sellcrow, revoke eBay access through eBay, unsubscribe from optional marketing messages, or contact us about your information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to appeal our response. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

California privacy disclosures

Sellcrow may collect the categories of information described above—identifiers, account and authentication information, commercial and eBay activity, and internet or device activity—from you, eBay, and normal use of the Service. We use and disclose those categories for the business purposes described in this policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Sellcrow does not use cross-site tracking for advertising. As a result, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how our service operates.

California residents may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

Children

Sellcrow is intended only for marketplace sellers who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to Sellcrow, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Third-party services

eBay and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. eBay information is also governed by the eBay User Privacy Notice.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Sellcrow changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
